The Immune System and Immune Support certainly became “buzz words” in 2020 & 2021.  Honestly though, what does it really mean?

That is what we are going to dive into in this series.  I love gather and share information but I’ll do my best to stay out of the weeds here.

Planet earth is literally crawling with all kinds of micro organisms, also called Pathogens.  They are in your home, in the air, anywhere and everywhere you find yourself on a daily basis.

To be clear, not all microscopic organisms are dangerous.  Many are quite beneficial and you couldn’t survive more than a few days without them.  On the other hand, many are can make you sick and there are those that can be fatal.

In the past year and half, almost two years now, the entire world has learned this lesson the hard way.

Fortunately for us all, we come equipped with a sophisticated and adaptable natural defense system.  It’s known as the Immune System.

I leave you with this, When your immune system is healthy, so are you.  What does that mean to you?
